Refund policy
Returns
We want to ensure you love your new kitchen tools and gadgets. If you would like to return an item please contact us within within 7 days of the date received and the item is required to be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days from the delivery date, it will be considered used and we will not issue a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return the item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition when received it. We do require the shipping tracking number, reason for return and order ID.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods such as food
- Health and personal care items or sanitary products
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send an email notification of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 48 hours and will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note, once processed on our end the payment processing companies can take up to 5-7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
If a product arrives damaged, please email a picture within 72 hours of delivery to info.theconvenientkitchen@gmail.com .
Sale items
All sales items are final and will not be eligible for a return or refund.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be sent for the value of your return once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs at time of purchase are non-refundable and will not be refunded if a product is returned. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products. It is recommended to purchase shipping insurance with tracking for any returns over $75. Refunds will only be provided for received items, anything lost in shipping will not be refunded.
