Shipping policy

Shipping 
Please allow for 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping tracking number to keep an eye on when your package will be delivered. 

*Due to events outside of our control orders can take up to 8 weeks for delivery. 

Packaging 
We do our best to source quality, reusable and eco-friendly products. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to monitor how shipments are wrapped and packaged by our suppliers. 

Cancellations 
Should the need arise to cancel an order after it has been placed, we will do our best to accommodate. Order cancellation is time-sensitive, so please reach out via email to info.theconvenientkitchen@gmail.com as soon as possible. 

If you have received a shipment tracking number, it will no longer be able to be cancelled. If this is the case, we can help to facilitate returning the product upon delivery.
