Fall is for Cinnamon

Although Pumpkin Spice and Everything Nice is typically the Fall season favorite, we are particularly fond of and start craving the warm flavors from cinnamon. This spice has anti-inflammatory properties, helps with circulation and is loaded with antioxidants.
- Cinnamon Coconut Latte - with the health boost of collagen peptides and ghee this latte to keep you going through the morning.
- Use a handheld frothing mixer to blend!
- Snickerdoodle Cookie - healthy ingredients... with the exception being rolled in cinnamon sugar!
- For perfectly even cookies, try using a stainless steel balling utensil.
- Cinnabon Cinnamon Roll Cake - not healthy, but worth every single bite.
